Just weeks after Hurricane Laura, Tropical Storm Sally is expected to become a Cat. 1 Hurricane, feared to hit Louisiana on Tuesday. Impacts of the Hurricane, including heavy rains, storm surge, and high winds expected across southeastern Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. Mandatory evacuations already in place.
