Hurricane Michael - Southern Georgia Response

Hurricane Michael's devastation extended far beyond the areas prominently featured in the media. NECHAMA responded in Decatur and Seminole counties in South Georgia, communities equally hit by the hurricane but receiving little attention. It has been part of NECHAMA's mission since day one to make sure these lesser-noticed, small-town communities are not lost in the shuffle. The team also conducted chainsaw training during the deployment.
