Hurricane Harvey - Wharton County Rebuild

NECHAMA returned to Texas to continue helping families recover from Hurricane Harvey. The Wharton County Repair and Rebuild Program focused on repairing and rebuilding homes that had been gutted during the initial response phase, helping families take the next steps toward full recovery.
