NECHAMA has responded to Sandy related needs in multiple communities in New York and New Jersey since November 1, 2012. We are now actively helping the New York City Borough of Staten Island with both cleanup and repair of water damaged homes. This work has been made possible thanks to funding from the UJA-Federation of New York’s Connect-to-Recovery Program.
