Milwaukee Volunteers Still Needed

Sunday, August 22nd, 2010

We have been working in Milwaukee for approximately 2 weeks now cleaning out flooded homes. We have completed work on 16 homes so far. We plan on being in the Milwaukee area through September 7th.

We are very much in need of volunteers and housing is available. The work in Milwaukee has been very rewarding and the people we’ve helped have been very appreciative. We are working with the city of Milwaukee to recruit more volunteers as well. We can use people for any amount of time from 1 day to 1 week.

We will be taking volunteers starting on Wednesday, August 25th.
