Minneapolis, MN - Nechama displayed its organization and capabilities at the UAHC (Union of American Hebrew Congregations) Biennial Convention. Some 4,000 delegates attended, representing over 900 North American congregations and more than 1.5 million individuals and familes. This was an opportunity for Nechama to meet with Jewish leaders from around the country and talk about establishing new Nechama chapters. There was a high level of interest expressed and many people went away with an idea to take back to their communities. The convention was held at the Minneapolis Convention Center, November 5 - 9, 2003.
